1. Peeling strength of composite film

In addition, in high-temperature cooking bags, due to the poor heat resistance of some adhesives, especially in some complex structures (such as bopal5/al7/cpp70), when cooking at high temperature, it will also cause cracking at the sealing edge and delamination of the composite film
2. In terms of the bag making process with dielectric strength>30 kv/mm,
the temperature of bag making is too high, resulting in the decline of the performance of the heat sealing material at the heat sealing position, thus affecting the bag breaking; The pressure of bag making is too high, resulting in the extrusion of the heat sealing material at the heat seal, and the reduction of the heat sealing material for door sealing, resulting in the breakage of the bag when it falls. The heat seal of bag making is too sharp, or there are mechanical flying thorns, which will also damage the heat cutting edge of the bag, resulting in bag breaking
3. Materials
materials must have sufficient thickness. Insufficient thickness will cause insufficient strength of the composite film, resulting in bag breaking problems: pay attention to the addition of recycled materials in the material, which will reduce all aspects of recycled materials. Excessive addition will cause insufficient strength of the composite film, resulting in bag breaking. In the manufacturing process of PE film, LLDPE and MPE are added to improve the strength and flexibility of PE, so as to reduce bag breakage. If the packaging used in the low-temperature freezing environment must be low-temperature resistant packaging materials (such as BOPA), the composite film will be produced with the launch of yu'e Bao version universal insurance, otherwise it will cause the embrittlement of the composite film in the low-temperature freezing environment
4. Other aspects
when packaging some heavy packaging or powder items such as salt, washing powder, etc., after filling these items and before heat sealing, the air in the bag should be discharged to reduce the stress on the bag wall, so that the solid matter can be directly stressed, so as to reduce the damage of the bag
